12-hour shifts on a rotating 5-2-2-5 schedule, including rotating Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

This schedule provides a consistent rotation so you can plan your time at work and away from work.

As an Industrial Electrician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining reliable production operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Install, repair, modify, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems, controls, components, and wiring.
• Diagnose electrical issues and complete scheduled and emergency repairs, installations, and inspections.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, equipment specifications, and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, VFDs, motors, and other industrial electrical equipment.
• Assist with equipment moves, installations, modifications, and facility improvements.
• Monitor electrical parts and motor inventory and communicate purchasing needs to management.
• Support safe, efficient equipment operation and continuous improvement throughout the facility.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, along with a trade school certificate.
• Journeyman electrician status or at least five years of electrical training or work experience.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley systems, VFDs, and PLC hardware and software.
• Working knowledge of AC/DC circuits, 4-20 mA signals, systems up to 480 VAC, and 440 MCCs.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, manuals, specifications, and parts lists.
• Ability to write code and demonstrate working knowledge of RSLogix.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to safe work practices.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
