Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Part-Time Driver to provide safe, timely transportation for patients to and from medical appointments and Health Center programs. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our patients have access to the care they need. Key Responsibilities Safely transport patients to and from scheduled appointments and Health Center activities Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed, including those with mobility limitations Maintain accurate transportation logs, mileage records, and scheduling documentation Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly Follow all traffic laws and Health Center safety protocols Provide courteous, respectful, and culturally sensitive service to all passengers Qualifications Valid Wisconsin driver's license with a clean driving record Prior experience providing transportation services preferred, especially in a healthcare or community setting Ability to lift and assist passengers as needed Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate demeanor Must pass a background check and drug screening
