Trauma Quality Management Coordinator Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Centerstands as a distinguished institution, encompassing a 420-bed teaching hospital. Weekly Working Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: days SUMMARY The Trauma Quality Management Coordinator will report directly to the Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Medical Director with a dotted line to the Sr. Director of Patient Safety and Quality. The Trauma Quality Management Nurse Coordinator works in collaboration with the Trauma Program Leadership to facilitate and coordinate the Trauma Quality Management Program throughout the continuum of trauma care for all injured patients that meet MIEMSS Trauma Registry criteria. Participates in trauma data collection with entry in to the MD Trauma Registry and Outcome database as indicated. In conjunction with the Trauma Program Medical Director and Trauma Program Manager, collaborates to ensure compliance with Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) standards of Quality Management, provides Trauma Education to EMS, Nursing and Physicians, and develops and implements injury prevention programs specific to the trauma population at JHBMC JOB REQUIREMENTS
