Bring advanced pediatric nursing skills and steady clinical judgment to an ambulatory environment where specialized care, meaningful relationships, and precise interventions shape every patient's experience. This part-time RN opportunity supports children and young adults across pediatric specialties, providing infusion therapy and specialty clinic care tailored to each patient's developmental and clinical needs. You will join a highly skilled, independent nursing team known for strong clinical practice, collaboration, and a shared commitment to helping nurses grow. The Role In this in-person ambulatory role, you will move between the Pediatric Infusion Center and specialty clinics, adapting your practice to varied diagnoses, treatment plans, procedures, and patient needs. You will combine expert assessment with thoughtful communication, helping children and families feel informed and supported throughout their care. Working 20 hours per week in a Monday through Friday clinic setting, you will provide direct nursing care while partnering with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and other pediatric specialists. The role offers the clinical variety of pediatric specialty care within a schedule designed around ambulatory operations. Your responsibilities will include:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire. Experience: 1 year of relevant experience. Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently traveling, bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease. The pay range for this role is $39.90 - $53.00 hourly.
