Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager. Full-Time | Nights The Nursing Supervisor of Neuro Stepdown is responsible for coordinating patient placement, staffing assignments, and daily clinical operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role provides leadership and support to nursing staff, oversees clinical activities, facilitates communication among interdisciplinary teams, and assists with operational, budgetary, and quality improvement initiatives.
