Scope of Position This experienced, results driven individual, as part of the Supply Chain team, will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and personnel supervision. This role drives operational efficiency through KPI management, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives to exceed internal and external customer expectations. This position is responsible for supervision of warehouse staff (up to 30 employees). This position reports to the Director of Procurement and Supply Chain. This role is onsite and is based in Fort Worth, Texas. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control.
- Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity and performance metrics.
- Coordinate supplier shipments, verify receipt accuracy, and ensure proper material storage.
- Ensure adherence to kitting schedules, monitor stockouts, and support timely backfilling of materials.
- Oversee efficient shipping of finished goods to customers while supporting OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain KPIs related to on-time delivery, inventory levels, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure accurate ERP transactions and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis.
- Support implementation of Kanban and Supermarket inventory systems.
- Conduct layered audits to promote safety, compliance, and 5S standards.
- Develop standard work procedures and provide training to warehouse employees.
- Plan, organize, and promote department training to ensure job-related competency.
- Communicate effectively with customer service and sales teams regarding outbound orders.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development activities.
- Mentor team members for growth, cross-training, and coverage during absences.
- Maintain accurate warehouse activity records and personnel timekeeping data.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hazmat, and company policies and maintain required documentation.
- Identify and eliminate redundant processes to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Director of Supplpy Chain or Company management.
- Responsibility directly tied to Watts Value Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Transparency
- Travel Requirements: minimal; local or site-based travel only as required (less than 5%).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (in absence of degree, relevant experience may be considered)
- Minimum 10+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Prior supervisory or management experience required
- Background in working within a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process detail
- Proven problem-solving skills related to personnel and inventory management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work, drive results, collaborate across teams, and focus on customer needs
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Working Conditions: While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Fort Worth, Texas location (Monday - Friday). Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager. Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
- Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.

- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
- Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
- Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
