Job Overview
The Senior Director of Operations - Transmission & Distribution is an executive leader responsible for driving operational excellence across a multi-site manufacturing footprint within Hubbell Utility Solutions. This role provides end-to-end leadership for manufacturing, supply chain, quality, EHS, and operational strategy in support of a growing, complex T&D portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations - HUS, this leader will partner closely with senior leadership to deliver best-in-class performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory (SQDCI) while enabling scalable growth and operational efficiency across the business. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance hands-on execution with enterprise-level transformation, including footprint optimization, Hubbell Manufacturing System deployment (Lean), and integration of acquisitions.
