Job Summary: The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will provide routine permitting and compliance support for Exploration & Production operations. The role collaborates with asset teams, internal departments, and regulatory agencies to gather, validate, organize, and analyze data required for regulatory filings. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and submittal of drilling permits, general permits, and local permits while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The analyst may also use AI-enabled tools and automated workflows to collect information, identify data gaps, improve data quality, monitor/track regulatory requirements, and streamline permit preparation and reporting. In addition, the analyst communicates regulatory updates, addresses routine compliance issues, maintains relationships with regulatory agencies, completes compliance tasks, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
