Job Summary

The Brand Management Coordinator supports the development and execution of long-range brand strategies, franchise plans, and go-to-market initiatives for a portfolio of entertainment properties. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop brand plans, analyze consumer and market insights, create presentation materials, and support licensing, retail, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience supporting entertainment brands, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Support the development and maintenance of long-range brand and franchise plans.
  • Assist with the creation of brand strategies based on consumer insights, market trends, and franchise objectives.
  • Gather, verify, and organize information from internal stakeholders to ensure brand plans are accurate and up to date.
  • Develop professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch materials, and executive-ready reports.
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for entertainment properties and franchise initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, licensing, retail, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across projects.
  • Monitor consumer, industry, and competitive trends to support strategic recommendations.
  • Assist in translating brand strategies into actionable marketing and business initiatives.
  • Maintain and organize documents using SharePoint or similar content management platforms.
  • Support additional brand management and marketing projects as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in brand management, franchise marketing, licensing, or brand strategy.
  • Experience supporting entertainment brands or franchises is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Experience supporting brand plans, go-to-market strategies, or franchise development initiatives.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished presentations and executive-level slide decks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using SharePoint or similar shared content management systems.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, proactive, and collaborative team player.
  • Experience with social media or marketing initiatives is a plus.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree required or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.


Work Experience



  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in brand management, franchise marketing, licensing, or related marketing roles.
  • Entertainment industry experience is required.
  • Experience supporting brand strategy, franchise development, or go-to-market planning is highly preferred.
  • Internship or professional experience supporting enterprise-level entertainment brand development is highly desirable.
