  • Emergency Department expanded from 29 to 50 treatment rooms

  • ICU expanded from 38 to 64 beds

  • Capacity to support approximately 25,000 additional patient visits annually

  • 74,000 annual ED visits

  • Level III Trauma Center

About the Role

The Director of Emergency Services provides strategic and operational leadership for a fast-paced Emergency Department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient-centered care while advancing organizational goals, regulatory compliance, trauma standards, and emergency medicine best practices.

Working closely with physicians, EMS partners, trauma leadership, and interdisciplinary teams, you'll lead a highly engaged team focused on improving outcomes, enhancing the patient experience, and supporting the growing healthcare needs of our community.

Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

  • Current RN licensure in the applicable state of practice

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

  • 3-5 years of leadership or administrative experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
