Aquent is seeking exceptional talent to join our client partner, a globally recognized leader at the forefront of technological innovation and digital transformation. This organization is dedicated to creating groundbreaking solutions that shape the future of how people connect, work, and thrive. You'll be part of a dynamic environment where big ideas are cultivated, and significant impact is made daily, driving progress across diverse industries.

Are you a strategic visionary with a passion for execution? We are looking for a proactive and structured individual to step into a pivotal role, leading key strategic initiatives from concept through successful completion. In this role, you won't just manage projects; you will be the critical bridge, ensuring seamless alignment and collaboration across core functions like Strategy, Product, Sales, and Go-to-Market teams. Your work will directly influence critical business decisions, optimize operational efficiency, and drive tangible results that shape the company's trajectory. This is your chance to own high-visibility projects, deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership, and leave a lasting mark on a world-class organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Build, nurture, and leverage strong collaborative relationships across Go-to-Market, Sales, Product, and executive teams, fostering an environment of shared goals and collective success.
  • Serve as the operational connector, translating strategic vision into actionable plans and ensuring all teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, and objectives.
  • Independently drive full project lifecycles with minimal supervision, taking ownership from initial strategy development through full execution.
  • Define project scope, establish realistic milestones, design and implement pilot programs, and create robust governance frameworks to maintain accountability and progress.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to rigorously measure the business impact of strategic initiatives and inform future decisions.
  • Synthesize complex project updates, strategic recommendations, and implementation trade-offs into clear, structured executive decks and compelling written communications.
  • Tailor messaging and presentation style effectively to engage diverse audiences, from working-level core teams to functional leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Perform both quantitative (data modeling, performance analysis, metric tracking) and qualitative (stakeholder interviews, market research, process mapping) analyses to uncover insights.
  • Translate complex data and insights into actionable recommendations that directly inform strategic decisions and resolve operational bottlenecks.

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or cross-functional program management.
  • Proven track record working directly with or within Product, Sales, and Go-to-Market organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive complex, ambiguous initiatives forward independently with limited guidance, showcasing strong autonomy and ownership.
  • Strong proficiency in conducting balanced quantitative and qualitative analyses to build robust business cases and measure project performance.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with extensive experience crafting compelling presentation materials for senior stakeholders, demonstrating executive presence.
