We are seeking an innovative Judicial Clerk Supervisor to launch operations for our brand-new court, officially opening January 1, 2027. In this high-impact role, you will have the rare opportunity to build your team from the ground up-hand-selecting, onboarding, and mentoring new staff prior to the official opening date (operating temporarily from an interim location during the startup phase). Working closely with the Judge, you will provide strategic leadership, direct daily court operations, and foster a collaborative, high-performing workplace culture. Beyond staff development, you will drive operational excellence by overseeing case management compliance, managing court financial operations (including budgets, reconciliations, and audits), and serving as a key liaison to public and external agencies.
