The Global EOS Coach serves as the primary coach, mentor, and change agent for the EnerSys Operating System (EOS) across manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and support functions globally. This role drives EOS maturity, develops leadership capability, strengthens problem-solving culture, accelerates digital transformation, and ensures EOS tools are applied where they create the most business value. The position partners with plant, regional, and functional leaders to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and People Development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Core EOS Expectations -Maintain a strong EOS foundation through MDI, Accountability Tags, HeyDo, Visual Management, Standard Work, RCCA, and established EOS methods. Key Responsibilities -Coach and develop EOS Managers, EOS Coordinators, plant leadership teams, and operational leaders globally. Digital Transformation & AI Leadership -Champion digital transformation initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, decision-making, and problem solving. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. General Job Requirements
