Title: Brand Management Senior Coordinator Location: Chicago, IL 60606, USA Duration: 3 months Note: Please note that this position will require being on-site in Chicago for the Health Innovation Summit from Sunday, September 27 through Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Role Overview: The Operations and Registration Support Coordinator will provide short-term administrative and operational support for the Oliver Wyman Health Innovation Summit, a premier convening of healthcare executives, innovators, policymakers, and thought leaders. This role will work closely with the OWHIC team to support Summit invitation management, registration tracking, outreach coordination, reporting, and day-to-day operational execution. The role is designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing detailed information across multiple trackers and workstreams. A key focus of the role will be helping the team manage the transition away from CRM as the central source of truth for Summit invitations, outreach, registration status, cancellations, and attendance reporting. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate records, update trackers, reconcile information across sources, and ensure the team has a reliable view of Summit attendance and related client outreach. | |
