The Manager, Office & Land Management is responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace experience across AES Indiana and AES Ohio. This role oversees office operations, workplace services, space planning, vendor management, and land management activities to support safe, efficient, and reliable business operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong operational, organizational, and stakeholder management skills who can drive high service standards, continuous improvement, and a positive employee experience across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead office operations and workplace services across Indiana and Ohio facilities.
- Ensure office environments are safe, functional, and aligned with company standards.
- Oversee space planning, office moves, renovations, and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Drive employee and visitor experience through high-quality workplace services.
- Lead and develop office management teams, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
- Manage third-party vendors, service contracts, and performance expectations.
- Oversee utility-owned land assets and leased properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and workplace-related projects.
- Support emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, and safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, office management, real estate, hospitality, or related functions.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience managing multi-site operations, budgets, vendors, and service contracts.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
