Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Monitor Salesforce and nCino production environments; track and manage incident queues. Triage, prioritize, and resolve user-reported issues within SLAs. Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes. Support commercial lending workflows and troubleshoot nCino-specific functionality. Maintain data integrity through data validation, cleanup, and reconciliation activities. Collaborate with developers and admins for escalations and defect resolution. Execute minor configuration changes (flows, fields, permissions) as needed. Participate in release validation, smoke testing, and post-deployment support. Document incidents, resolutions, and known issues for knowledge sharing. Provide end-user support, guidance, and system usage assistance.
