Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding an Optometrist (Per Diem)to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Administration for Children's Services.PAGNY staffs several municipal hospitals and clinics within New York City through an affiliation agreement withNYC Health + Hospitals. PAGNY's corporate staff provides administrative, practice management, and human resources services in support of its more than 4,000 clinical providers. The HEAL Program is a newNYC Health + Hospitalsinitiative to transition into being the primary provider of medical services to young people in City custody. Thestaff will be responsible for 24/7 medical care across two secure detention sites, two school-based health centers, and limited pharmacy services at seven non-secure sites (group homes). Services include comprehensive medical screenings, dental screenings and procedures, vaccinations and routine testing, responses to immediate need, and referrals for offsite care within and outside theNYC Health + Hospitalssystem.
