Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and organized North America Digital Shop Manager to join our Global Vehicle Accessories & Merchandise team. This candidate will lead a variety of cross-functional projects related to our e-commerce business while supporting global expansion. This role will continuously enhance the overall e-commerce experience by implementing and refining strategies that bring our existing products to life and by leading the launches of new products. What You'll Do
- As the North America Digital Shop Manager, you will own and lead assigned omnichannel projects related to the Tesla Shop on the app, website, and in Sales, Service, and Delivery Centers (both online and offline). You will take decisive action and provide clear direction to ensure successful and timely project completion
- Partner with Digital Product Management to conceptualize, test, and launch new site features that improve customer experience and performance
- Manage day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting for category e-commerce merchandising initiatives while leading teams both on-site and remotely across diferent time zones
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners (including Product, Material Planning, Engineering, and Finance) on vehicle accessory and merchandise product launches. Partner with global teams to ensure successful launches that account for market-specific needs, with a strong emphasis on North American priorities
- Drive measurable improvements to site navigation, product detail pages, order flow, site refreshes, and overall website design as we expand and optimize across markets
- Ensure products are accurately set up globally (and optimized for North America) with correct pricing, copy, photography, product compatibility, and other PLM/PIM requirements
- Create clear, easy-to-understand documentation and SOPs for a wide range of audiences so they can adopt new processes or features on day one
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in e-commerce and/or product management/merchandising
- Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., Elastic Path, Shopify, BigCommerce, Squarespace, or similar)
- Basic SQL/Python skills recommended but not required
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing company: demonstrate flexibility, multi-task effectively, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, make timely decisions, stay curious, anticipate problems, provide creative solutions, and remain coachable
- Capable of adjusting communication style to the audience: dive deep into technical requirements with engineering and product teams, while simplifying concepts for business, field teams, and leadership (verbal and written)
- Spanish-speaking preferred but not required

Expected Compensation
$137,560 - $240,540/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
