About the Role: As the leader of the Off-Premises team, the Senior Director, Global Off-Premises will be responsible for leading and growing off-premises channels in North America while influencing key regions globally. This role will lead the Off-Premises team and develop the overall strategy, roadmap and plans to drive significant growth across digital ordering channels (including 3PD, app/web, and catering) through cross functional partnership in a fast paced and high energy environment. The candidate will be responsible for the overall Off-Premises business plan and achieving relative sales goals on an annual basis. The Senior Director, Global Off-Premises is the executive leader of off-premises initiatives that generate incremental sales growth and/or unlock new revenue streams. This individual will work cross functionally with operations, technology, marketing, legal, media and third-party partners to drive revenue, profit and operational performance within off premises. They should have a deep understanding of key off-premises channels and disciplined business acumen while being an inspiring and motivating leader for both the off-premises team and the overall Subway team.
