The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with talking to peers and assisting with their needs. Must be an enthusiastic and team-oriented person who is self-driven with good initiative and prepared to ask questions when warranted. Duties will include: Using online portals to order and receive medical supplies Work with vendors to process returns and follow up on orders Maintain stock room Fulfill orders placed by SHAC medical departments Assist with maintaining stock of PPE gear around SHAC Other light duties to assist SHAC facilities Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Must have current Work-Study Award (Federal or State) Previous experience in a customer service position is preferred Experience in the healthcare system as reception, aide, or volunteer is preferred Application Instructions Only applications submitted through the official UNMJobs site will be accepted.
