Description

The Lehigh Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting the Lehigh Sales Department in a variety of tasks related to exceeding sales goals. Assist and coordinate with retail and management team and act as a liaison between sales and other departments. Support the Lehigh Sales Representatives with fitting schedules and help educate consumers on the use of the Company's technology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review existing sales operations processes, determine best practices, revise and implement the standard operating procedures (SOPs) down to the Retail sales team to improve business processes and increase sales.
  • Analyze reports and make decisions to implement and improve business processes based on data presented.
  • Identify and independently research and resolve commission issues and enter commission overrides in current ERP system.
  • Maintain subject matter expert knowledge level to assist with ongoing workflow, organization, and cleanup efforts in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Commissions systems to maximize efficiency and provide better data visibility.
  • Manage sales assignments in CRM/ERP/ Commission systems by setting up divisions and assign sales representatives to accounts and locations in the Company's current ERP System; update and maintain the information.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate information technology systems access and Company property records for all outside sales representatives.
  • Responsible for all samples being distributed to sales team after they are properly wear tested. Include digital and physical product information with sample product for sales team to be able to utilize.
  • Possess complete knowledge of product lines and services, including their features and benefits.
  • Utilize internal systems to generate reports to track progress of sales goals for management and sales force.
  • Issue Return Authorization numbers on return samples.
  • Organize the Customer Experience SharePoint and work with the team to ensure documents are always up to date and relevant.
  • Assist with new team member onboarding by creating and updating schedules, documents, and online data.
  • Assist in the ongoing training of team members based on requests or needs.
  • Manage Key Account monthly, quarterly, yearly and contract year rebates and reporting.
  • Plan and organize internal sales incentives.
  • Plan and organize yearly National Sales Meetings for the Lehigh team.
  • Keep sales hierarchy updated and maintained in current ERP system and CRM.
  • Maintain and set up users on Universal Product Code (UPC) website.
  • Maintain all departmental policies and procedures, and update and communicate as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all internal and external communications.
  • Create and maintain discount and voucher codes for customers.
  • Travel on-site to business-to-business customer locations to sell products and services to end users and train them on the use and benefits of Company technology.


Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.



  • Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two (2) to four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work and thrive in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel (advanced knowledge preferred).
  • Maintain subject matter expert level of competency in CRM/ERP/ Commission systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior communication skills including written & oral.
  • Superior analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Domestic travel will be required, at least 15% of the time.
  • Ability to lift, carry and move 50 pounds.
