What You'll Do:
  • Support engineering activities including design verification, testing, checkout, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype systems
  • Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Construct, modify, troubleshoot, calibrate, test, and adjust equipment, tooling, and systems
  • Conduct and document statistically based experiments to establish process parameters
  • Analyze test results and support process improvement initiatives
  • Design and construct tooling, fixtures, and specialized equipment to support engineering activities
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement technical solutions and continuous improvement projects
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Technician, Electronics Technician, Manufacturing Technician, or related technical role
  • Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 3+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
  • 3+ years of experience using fabrication tools, test equipment, and diagnostic instrumentation
  • 3+ years of experience supporting engineering development, prototype builds, testing, or manufacturing operations
