APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Support engineering activities including design verification, testing, checkout, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype systems Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation Construct, modify, troubleshoot, calibrate, test, and adjust equipment, tooling, and systems Conduct and document statistically based experiments to establish process parameters Analyze test results and support process improvement initiatives Design and construct tooling, fixtures, and specialized equipment to support engineering activities Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement technical solutions and continuous improvement projects Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Technician, Electronics Technician, Manufacturing Technician, or related technical role Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 3+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation 3+ years of experience using fabrication tools, test equipment, and diagnostic instrumentation 3+ years of experience supporting engineering development, prototype builds, testing, or manufacturing operations What Sets You Apart: Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills Solid understanding of technical and engineering principles Ability to fabricate and assemble complex hardware and equipment Experience supporting prototype and experimental systems Ability to implement and document process improvements Experience designing and building custom tooling and fixtures Strong communication and collaboration skills Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and technical excellence Continuous improvement mentality and interest in applying innovative technologies to engineering challenges Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen Occasional overtime may be required based on project schedules and business needs In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
