Relationship Manager I

A Commercial Loan Officer I provides a full range of banking services to commercial customers. This includes determining credit eligibility, preparing loan narratives, ensuring loans meet appropriate criteria, and effectively cross-selling products.

• Calling on prospective and existing clients to generate loans, deposits, fees and electronic banking services
• Analyzing financial statements and business conditions to deduce a credit decision
• Generating and servicing a portfolio of $20 million in loans outstanding

• Participating in a variety of community-oriented and professional organizations

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field preferred
• Strong local community involvement strongly preferred
• A minimum of two to five years' experience in Commercial Lending, preferably in a banking environment
• PC proficiency
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
