Your Role in Our Mission Prepare and Package Orders: Safely pack chairs for shipment using appropriate materials to prevent damage. Label and Document: Print and apply shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required documentation. Coordinate Shipments: Schedule pickups with carriers and ensure timely dispatch of orders. Inspect Products: Verify chair quality and check for defects before shipping. Inventory Management: Track outgoing shipments and update inventory systems accurately. Equipment: Use pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts to move large or heavy items. Maintain Clean Work Area: Keep shipping station organized and compliant with safety standards. Customer Service: Communicate with internal teams and carriers regarding shipment status or issues. Highlight cross-functional collaboration and ownership Emphasize continuous improvement and efficiency What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Familiarity with shipping software and inventory systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong problem-solving mindset. ________________________________________ Pay Transparency The expected pay range for this role is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
