Description The Customer Service Intern will support the Customer Service, Design, and Graphics teams within a fast-paced folding carton manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on exposure to order processing, customer communication, and packaging design workflows while assisting with entry-level administrative and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Support Assist with order entry, updates, and maintenance in internal systems * Help track order status, due dates, and customer requirements * Support communication with internal teams (production, scheduling, shipping) * Assist in responding to customer inquiries under supervision * Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Design & Graphics Support Assist with organizing artwork files and customer specifications * Help coordinate artwork proofs and revisions between customers and internal teams * Support the graphics team with basic updates, file management, and version control * Ensure artwork documentation aligns with customer requirements and production needs Administrative & Project Support Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and customer documentation * Assist with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives * Support onboarding or setup of new customer accounts * Maintain filing systems for orders, artwork, and specifications Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Supply Chain, or related field * Strong attention to detail and organization skills * Effective communication skills (written and verbal) * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications Interest in manufacturing, packaging, or printing industry * Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop) * Experience working with data entry or customer service processes Company Overview Started in 1933, Green Bay Packaging Inc. is a family-owned, vertically integrated company consisting of corrugated container plants, a folding carton facility, recycled and virgin containerboard mills, pressure-sensitive label roll stock plants, timberlands, a paper slitting operation, and a sawmill facility.
