Role Overview We are seeking a capable and motivated Texas-licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a strong background in geotechnics and ground engineering to strengthen and expand the capabilities of our Underground Group in Texas and the wider United States. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role supporting the design and construction of complex transportation, rail, water and energy infrastructure projects. You will contribute within multidisciplinary design-build teams, delivering practical, technically robust, and constructible geotechnical solutions across a wide range of ground conditions. You will combine hands-on technical delivery with project execution support, while engaging with Mott MacDonald's regional and global ground engineering network to share best practices and deliver consistent excellence across our projects. Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills. The expected salary for this position is $102,000 - $125,000.
