Description We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, driving process improvements and system integrations across enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Process Improvement * Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and workshops * Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities * Create user stories, use cases, and functional documentation Solution Design & Delivery * Translate business needs into technical/functional specs * Partner with development and QA teams through delivery lifecycle * Support testing, deployment, and user adoption Project Leadership * Lead small-mid size projects end-to-end * Track deliverables, timelines, and risks * Support larger enterprise initiatives Systems Integration * Support integrations across Dynamics 365 F&O, Salesforce, and internal systems * Identify automation opportunities across applications Documentation & Communication * Create SOPs, training materials, and user guides * Present business cases and solutions to stakeholders Required Qualifications: * 3-4+ years of Business/Systems Analysis experience * Strong SQL skills (will complete a short SQL assessment) * Experience with: * Requirements gathering * Business process analysis * Solution design * Systems integration * Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments Nice to Have: * Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O * Salesforce * Project leadership experience * Strong presentation skills Interview Process: * SQL assessment * Business case + presentation Work Environment: * 1st month: 100% onsite training * After: 4 days onsite / 1 remote * Collaborative, Spanish-speaking team environment Growth Opportunity: High visibility role with opportunity to grow into leadership.
