*Overview* We are seeking a *Technology Support Professional* who is passionate about the financial services industry and delivering exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will provide end-to-end technical support to a client base of sophisticated financial professionals, ensuring seamless navigation and use of proprietary financial technology platforms and related applications.
This position requires a strong blend of technical troubleshooting, customer service, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise way. *Key Responsibilities* * Provide technical support to financial professionals, assisting with navigation and troubleshooting of proprietary and third-party software, office applications, and web browsers * Drive first-contact resolution by guiding users through systems, processes, and technology platforms * Maintain working knowledge of all supported products and clearly explain features, differences, and use cases * Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Technical Support, Onboarding, Business Operations, and Cash Management * Resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner * Accurately document issues in a service tracking system and partner with escalation teams as needed * Maintain awareness of known issues and provide alternative solutions when applicable * Advocate for users by providing feedback and suggesting improvements to internal teams * Support account maintenance tasks such as transaction inquiries and document review * Ensure all client interactions meet high service standards and comply with financial regulations * Handle high-volume support in a fast-paced, structured environment * Research and resolve complex issues while setting clear expectations and next steps * Build relationships across internal teams to ensure timely resolution and service delivery * Deliver a high-quality client experience through professional communication and a solutions-oriented approach *Qualifications* We are looking for candidates who are collaborative, adaptable, and committed to delivering a world-class client experience. *Required Skills* * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, Exchange, iOS, Android, and web browsers * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities * Strong organizational and time management skills * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for end users * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging or escalated situations * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment * Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn new technologies *Industry Knowledge* * Basic familiarity with financial advisory or brokerage environments * Understanding of financial terminology (or willingness to learn quickly) *Education & Experience* * Bachelor's degree preferred * 1-3 years of experience in financial services, technical support, or a related field *Preferred Certifications* * Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) * Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) * Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) * CompTIA A+ * Additional relevant certifications or licenses as required *Core Competencies* * Customer-focused mindset * Strong work ethic and reliability * Team-oriented with a collaborative approach * Continuous improvement and learning mindset * Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
