Position Overview
A large public-sector health and human services organization is seeking a Senior Master Data Architect to support enterprise-wide Master Data Management initiatives within its Enterprise Information Management team. The architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale MDM solutions supporting healthcare provider, managed care member, and enterprise data domains.

This role combines architecture, hands-on development, data governance, metadata management, and stakeholder engagement responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for Informatica-based MDM solutions while supporting data quality, identity resolution, reference data management, and enterprise analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise Master Data Management solutions.
• Develop and enhance Informatica MDM and IDMC capabilities.
• Design and build ETL workflows using Informatica, Oracle, and Snowflake.
• Support healthcare provider and member master data domains.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain MDM application enhancements.
• Manage metadata loading processes and metadata governance activities.
• Create and maintain data models using Erwin or ER/Studio.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, subject matter experts, and technical teams.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise coding, security, and governance standards.
• Support Agile development and deployment processes.
• Communicate technical findings and data limitations to business stakeholders.
• Support AI-enabled data retrieval, prompt development, and validation of AI-generated outputs.
• Provide guidance on data quality, governance, and analytics best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Informatica development and ETL experience.
• 8+ years of Master Data Management (MDM) implementation experience.
• 8+ years of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) experience.
• 8+ years of Informatica PowerCenter development experience.
• 8+ years of data modeling using Erwin, ER/Studio, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical writing skills.
• Experience working effectively with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle DBA experience.
• Informatica Metadata Manager architecture and administration.
• Enterprise-level MDM architecture experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
