Why this role matters: We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager,Web and Mobileto lead the development and delivery of AP's consumer-facing web and mobile applications. This is a hands-on, player-coach role that combines technical leadership, active coding, anddeliveryownership in a fast-growing direct-to-consumer environment. This role will oversee and manage one direct report, a Senior Engineer-level position. You will lead a small, distributed team of engineers (internal and vendor-supported), drive implementation standards, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across web and mobile surfaces. You will partner closely with Product, Design, QA, and Platform Engineering to bring new consumer experiences to market.
