Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a luxury retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a luxury retail location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to store leadership and Allied Universal personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrance areas, stockroom access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to designated areas, observe customer and employee activity for security-related concerns, and document incidents, observations, and/or policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Support opening and closing activities, assist with crowd and queue observation during busy periods, and help maintain an orderly environment for clients, visitors, and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
