Position Overview The Area Director roleis responsible foroverseeing the financial and operational performance of their designated area. This role manages profit and loss, developsand implementsannualbusiness plans, supportsprofitable project delivery, and drivesrisk management and growth initiatives.This rolewill also be instrumental in strategy development and implementation, ensuring accountability across teams, and servesas an influential leader to guide the organization towards achieving its goals.Serves as a key member of the Business Unit Leadership team. Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future. Location A: $196,000 - $250,000 Location B: $216,000 - $275,000 Location C: $235,000 - $300,000 You can view which BC location applies to you here.
