Position Summary

We are looking for an SAP Analyst Supply chain, Planning and Manufacturing functional areas. The Analyst will join the Parker SAP Center of Excellence (COE) and support the implementation, deployment and continuous Improvement of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and production Planning capabilities, including demand planning integration where applicable. The role will involve technical configuration, data readiness, testing, business process improvements, hyper care and supporting end-users.

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is subject to Export Control Restrictions (ITAR) and all applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee.

  • * Support SAP S/4HANA and implementation projects, post-go-live support and assist with all aspects of SAP Planning and Manufacturing.


  • * Perform end to end testing and validation (Integration/UAT), including issue analysis, retesting, and business scenario simulations.


  • * Plan and execute cutover tasks (Testing, data readiness, issue resolution)


  • * Monitor and distribute customer tickets and help to fulfill Service Level Agreement


  • * Leads or Co Leads small to medium size initiatives/projects


  • * Recommend and communicate modifications to improve, standardize and simplify to technical and non-technical stakeholders


  • * Work with end-user to support their SAP system use


  • * Extensively work on data cleansing, data conversion, preparation of user documentation, testing coordination, and user training


  • * Take ownership of technical issues

Qualifications

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

* Strong communication skills, self-starter, ability to work independently and within a team. Focused on deadlines and achieving goals

* Experience with SAP PP/DS is a plus

* Highly flexible, ability to work and handle uncertainty in rapidly changing environment

* Demonstrates leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability.

* High attention to details

* Availability for full-time employment

* Passion for exploring & learning SAP solutions

REQUIRED

* Have SAP skills and previous experience working with SAP

* Prior programming or project management experience

* Knowledge/ understanding of business process in Supply chain, Planning, and Manufacturing functional areas

EDUCATION REQUIRED

* Recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree program in computer, Finance, business, Supply chain, Analytics, engineering, or other manufacturing relevant disciplines

* 2+ years related IT experience

* 2+ years SAP experience

CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED

* ITIL

* Project Management

* SAP Relevant
