Job Description:
Position: Product Change Managers
Location: East Hanover NJ 07936
Contract: 6 months of contract
Summary:
- Manage assigned commercialization projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
* Lead the stage-gate process by coordinating cross-functional readiness, preparing governance documentation, and facilitating leadership decision-making at each gate.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.
* Lead stage gate and status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
* Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
* Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
* Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing practical solutions to enhance project delivery.
* Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization.
What you will bring
* 2+ years experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
* Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
* Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* PMP certificate is a plus.
* MS Project knowledge is a plus.
