Job Description:

The responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:



  • Producing analysis on Commercial Real Estate properties including: rent rolls, leasing activity, and operating performance (historical and projections)
    * Research and present information on the following areas: Commercial Real Estate Markets, Comparable Properties, Public Real Estate Records, and Public information on Business Entities and Individual.
    * Perform analysis of business entities and individuals to assess their financial condition with a focus on their ability to service their debt and/or pay rent
    * Assisting Loan Officers in completing reports used by Senior Management in the monitoring and decision making processes
    * Completing various forms and reports to request external reports (appraisals, environmental assessments) and address internal issues
    * Contacting bank customers to gather information and/or follow-up on required items
    * Various special projects from Loan Officers and Senior Management


Position Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Professional experience with a financial institution in Commercial Real Estate analysis for at least 3 years
  • Experience in written analysis on Commercial Real Estate properties, with a focus on operating performance and rent rolls
  • Computer: Proficient with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word. Experience with any of the following a bonus: Moody's Risk Analyst, Fidelity Information Services' IBS Insight, Hyland Software's OnBase and Metavante's BankerInsight
