Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM | Monday - Friday

To Crush This Job

• Previous printing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to operate or learn printing machinery and related software
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to safely lift to 50 lbs., throughout shift as needed
• Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy

Your Role on the Floor

• Operate and maintain printing equipment, including digital printers, heat press machines, and screen printing equipment
• Prepare materials for printing such as paper, vinyl, and other media
• Review job orders to ensure accuracy in design, color, and specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs
• Assist with cutting, trimming, packaging, and finishing printed products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Use basic computer systems for job tracking and production tasks
