Overview
Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Saturday, 8:00 - 11:30 am Adjunct instructor of biology courses and labs. Ensures a quality learning environment for all students, and plans, organizes, implements, and assesses academic experiences as assigned within the vision, mission, values, and learning domains of the College. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: Master's Degree: Biology (Required), Work Experience: Responsibilities Teaching and Assessment Provide instruction to students as delineated by course curriculum. Evaluate student performance in accordance with the course requirements and provide appropriate feedback to students in a timely manner. Respond to and evaluate student learning by appropriate means. Grade papers, tests, projects and other assignments in a timely manner and gives appropriate feedback to students. Submit grades to the Registrar at midterm and at the completion of the course. Participate in the annual College adjunct self-reflection and evaluation process. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $25per hour - $41.75per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
