DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As an Assistant Real Estate Project Coordinator, you will be supporting space planning, office relocations, and project coordination to help agencies use their facilities effectively and responsibly. In this role, you will perform the following duties:
- Project Coordination: Support planning, renovation, and relocation efforts by working with space managers and agency partners
- System Tracking: Use the TRIRIGA system to track projects and prepare reports, occupancy plans, and space inventories
- Field Assessment: Collect space measurements, review conditions, and recommend the best use of available areas
- Space Analysis: Help study owned and leased properties to identify opportunities for shared space or cost-saving changes
- Furniture Planning: Work with suppliers and project leads to prepare and present furniture layout options
- Standards Compliance: Consider safety codes, accessibility standards, and lease requirements when supporting project plans

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. You will be required to travel throughout Pennsylvania to conduct site visits or attend in-person meetings. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must have possess a current driver's license which is not under suspension.
- You must have experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, using drafting software, and with commercial furniture systems.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
