As Director of Regional Sales, you will lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple branches. You will accelerate growth, strengthen market presence, and drive commercial excellence while partnering closely with senior leadership to execute strategic priorities.


What You'll Own:

* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue and market share
* Partner with VP of Sales to expand footprint and unlock growth opportunities
* Build relationships with key customers and participate in executive business reviews
* Drive performance through KPIs focused on profitability, service, and sales quality
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement and Category Management
* Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams


What You Bring:

* 10+ years of progressive sales experience with leadership responsibility
* 4+ years of people management experience
* Proven ability to drive growth in a multi-location environment
* Strong financial acumen and performance management skills


Additional Details:

* Travel up to 25%
* Office-based with time in branches and customer sites
* Must be authorized to work for Sonepar/Standard Electric without sponsorship now or in the future

Must reside within the Warren / Detroit area
