Overview
The Managed Accounts Onboarding and Reporting Analyst delivers daily operational assistance for the Managed Accounts business. They work closely with internal groups and external sponsors to guarantee accurate and timely onboarding, reporting, and account upkeep. This role serves as a point of accountability for assigned cases, managing workflows endtoend while resolving inquiries, raising risks, and supporting managed account AUM reporting. The analyst operates in a fastpaced environment and contributes to operational excellence by strengthening controls, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall client experience. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week. Location(s): Milwaukee, WI, or Boston, MA
Responsibilities
Own assigned onboarding and account maintenance caseloads from initiation through completion, coordinating with cross-functional collaborators.
- Keep accurate and detailed documentation of onboarding, maintenance, and reporting processes.
- Identify and address discrepancies such as data mismatches, missing documentation, or sponsor-specific requirements.
- Exercise independent judgment within established procedures to resolve routine issues or bring up matters that exceed defined risk, control, or policy thresholds. Clearly articulate issues, impact, and recommended next steps.
- Serve as a liaison for internal business partners and external sponsors. Monitor shared inboxes and reply to questions about managed account onboarding, reporting, and ongoing account maintenance.
- Prepare monthly AUM reports for managed accounts by gathering sponsor data from different delivery channels. Combine the inputs into consistent reports and analyze variances to detect and fix discrepancies.
- Participate in ongoing reviews of onboarding, maintenance, and reporting workflows to see opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls, and raise operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of internal systems and platforms, including Archer and related tools, to support accurate processing and effective issue resolution.
- Support special projects, documentation revisions, and process advancement activities as the Managed Accounts business progresses.

- Effective written communication skills, including the ability to clearly document issues, explain discrepancies, and provide status updates to collaborators.

- Exposure to financial services, investment products, managed accounts, or operational workflows (professional or academic).
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and see tasks through to completion.

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.) #LI-JD1 #LI-Hyb
