Job Description
Job Summary: Under the direction of the VP Digital Banking Business Fulfillment Manager, performs all required functions in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines with a special focus on business customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs daily designated functions of Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Business Online Banking, Business Online Wires, Bill Pay, and ACH Origination such as:
- Customer onboard/offboarding for Cash Management services
- Perform maintenance for all assigned Cash Management Services
- Temporary & Permanent Limit increases/decreases
- Reviewing and taking necessary action on system reports
- Complete assigned CRM accurately, completely, and within SLA.
- Effectively manage multiple work assignments, follow set priorities, and meet established deadlines for daily/weekly/monthly assigned work and reporting.
- Maintain high level of knowledge of the Bank's business/cash management products and services and managing inherent risks with these services.
- Assist with implementation of all directives, polices, procedures and changes in regulations pertaining to business banking/cash management services.
- Take an active role in Digital Banking Business related projects, including, but not limited to, creating/updating project plans, test scripts, procedures, and training materials. This includes integrations between multiple vendors to expose additional feature/functionality to the bank's customer base, keeping customer experience and process efficiencies at the forefront.
- Serve as a resource and content expert for team members.
- Provide primary customer service function to resolve all workflow, payment transaction or other operational questions/issues posed by the customer via phone, email, internet banking or any other service related to commercial deposits or cash management products
- Collaborate internally and with 3rd party service providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Complete assigned periodic service reviews accurately, completely, and within SLA.
- Assist with periodic review of risk assessments associated with Digital Banking Business products/services.
- Provide customer onboarding support as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as requested, needed or assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of business banking experience required
- Prior business banking/cash management experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
PAY RANGE: $29.34 - $38.14 - hourly The pay range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the pay range for this job at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, and market factors; additional compensation may apply.
