Nursing Role with Sienna Crest Monthly health monitoring of each resident, recording notes in residents' Health Log Address issues on *Nurse Concerns* form Review of MARs monthly for PRN psychotropic medication use Staff training at staff meetings as need may dictate - should be very infrequent - request would come via the Manager Provide RN Delegation to Care Specialists for Insulin, Nebulizers, stomal and enteral medications. Expectation: RN would spend approximately 6-8 hours per month in each home. This will vary based on occupancy and number of residents in the home. This position is considered a Part-time non-benefited position. The RN is required to work 20-24 hours per week.
