What You'll Learn
During training, we'll teach you everything you need to succeed, including:

• How to confidently talk with homeowners
• Consultative selling (helping people make informed decisions)
• Product knowledge and inhome demonstrations

• Using sales tools, pricing systems, and CRM technology

What You'll Do (Once Trained)

• Meet with prequalified homeowners who requested an appointment
• Learn to guide customers through window and door replacement options
• Build trust, explain solutions, and present proposals
• Develop longterm customer relationships that lead to referrals
  

Compensation & Support

• Guaranteed $2,000 biweekly pay for your first 8 weeks
• $100,000+ annual earning potential once fully ramped
• Commission paid at time of sale (no waiting for installation)
