Job Overview We are seeking an experienced *Low Voltage Field Superintendent / Field Lead* to oversee and manage multiple commercial lowvoltage projects across the Nashville market. This role is ideal for someone with a strong experience in the lowvoltage industry who is comfortable managing several projects at once, serving as the onsite escalation point, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
This position has been created due to significant project growth and will play a critical role in supporting expanding operations. The Field Superintendent will provide leadership in the field, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and help maintain quality and consistency across all jobs. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage *5-7 active lowvoltage projects simultaneously* * Serve as the onsite escalation point for fieldrelated issues * Review plans and blueprints and assist with job layout, cable pathways, and manpower planning * Support *change orders and smallscale estimating* * Coordinate schedules, timelines, and resources across multiple sites * Interface with customers, general contractors, and subcontractors professionally * Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and meet quality standards * Provide leadership and support to installation teams in the field Required Skills & Qualifications * Previous experience as a *Field Superintendent or Field Lead* within the lowvoltage industry * Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects at the same time * Experience handling *change orders and light estimating* * Strong knowledge of lowvoltage standards, codes, and best practices * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents * Experience managing subcontractors and customer expectations * Professional communication skills and ability to handle highstress situations effectively * Selfstarter who can operate with minimal oversight * Prior experience leading teams and managing through encouragement and support Preferred / NicetoHave * *BICSI certification* or strong working knowledge of BICSI standards * Experience with structured cabling, large commercial lowvoltage builds, or complex projects Employee Value Proposition This role offers the opportunity to join a company during a *major growth phase* and take on a highly visible leadership role.
