Looking for a new project manager role? We are seeking a Project Manager to join our our clients security team. This role will be responsible for managing and delivering security-related projects, partnering with technical and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong project management fundamentals, experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments, and a passion for delivering results in a regulated, enterprise setting. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage information security projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business and security objectives. * Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies appropriately based on project needs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. * Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of security, technology, and business stakeholders. * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, risk logs, and dependency tracking. * Ensure adherence to governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements relevant to financial services and security initiatives. * Track and communicate project progress, risks, issues, and remediation plans to leadership and stakeholders. * Support continuous process improvement efforts within the security project management function. Required Qualifications * 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within technology or security teams. * Demonstrated experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. * Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working on cybersecurity or information security initiatives. * Financial services industry experience strongly preferred. * Hands-on experience with project and work management tools, including Azure DevOps, Planview, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. * Familiarity with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance frameworks. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warrendale, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
