Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Cardiovascular Surgery, Mercy Hospital South

Mercy is currently seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our Cardiovascular Surgery team in St. Louis, MO. This team consists of physicians, advanced practitioners and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care. Experience in Vein and Radial Harvesting, CV surgery and CV recovery preferred.

• Full-time position
• Monday - Friday 7a-3p
• Weekend, call, and holiday requirement
• First assist in the CVOR
• Providing support in the clinic, seeing consults, follow ups, patient calls and questions
• Managing/rounding on post op patients in the ICU and step-down units
• Seeing new hospital consults and ordering appropriate pre surgical workups
• System-wide Epic EMR
