Position Summary

The CRM Intern will support the day-to-day administration, reporting, and operational processes that drive ticketing success for St. Louis CITY SC. This position provides exposure to multiple aspects of a professional sports organization, including CRM management, sales support, and customer data analytics.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in building and maintaining data visualizations, reports and workflows to support cross departmental business units.

Use Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau) to explore data, identify trends, and prepare reports for leadership.

Assist with data entry, updates, and maintenance while ensuring accurate, organized records through data validation, integrations, and documentation.

Assist in KPI tracking, sales pacing, and retention analysis for revenue and engagement metrics.

Contribute to fan segmentation projects.

Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Sports Management, or related field.

Prior experience or coursework in CRM, data analytics or Business Intelligence preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and comfortable learning new software systems.

Familiar with Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Exposure to Python, R or SQL a plus.

Sports industry experience a plus.

Estimated Workload

Hours per week: 25-30 hours average

Duration: 8 months (May-Dec)

On-Site only

Shifts may include event days, evenings, and/or weekends as needed.
