HR Generalist - Corporate Office | Hybrid (1 remote day/week) | Full-Time Growth Track: HR Director within 4 years

At Penn Power Group, we know that our success starts with our people. We are hiring an HR Generalist with a defined path to HR Director. This is a long-term opportunity for an HR professional ready to grow into a leadership role over the next four years.

Requirements

What you'll own:

• Pre-employment and onboarding (offer acceptance through day one)
• Employee relations - investigations, corrective action, performance management
• Leave administration - FMLA, STD, WC, ADA, personal, and military leave
• Compliance - EEO/AAP, DOT drug testing, OSHA/MSHA, prevailing wage
• HRIS administration and reporting (Paylocity)
• LMS administration and training coordination
• Workers' compensation and FMLA case monitoring

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience (4 years is our sweet spot)
• Hands-on leave administration experience
• Strong employee relations and investigation skills
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Paylocity or comparable HRIS proficiency
• Comfortable working across a multi-location, industrial environment
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; PHR/SHRM-CP a plus
