You'll Rock This Job If You:

• 1 year of experience
• Can type quickly and accurately while multitasking
• Are tech-savvy and pick up new systems with ease
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory in a courteous and professional manner
• Process and enter customer orders accurately
• Generate stock reports to verify product availability
• Prepare and manage documentation for customer work orders
• Coordinate special or last-minute shipping requests with Traffic and Operations teams
• Follow up with internal departments to ensure service standards are met
• Verify computer-generated invoices for accuracy
• Provide shipping and tracing information to customers as needed
• Maintain damage records and backorder logs
• Communicate customer feedback and any service concerns to management
• Act as a liaison between customers, warehouse operations, and office staff regarding accounts, invoicing, and credit changes
• Maintain order files and all related documentation
• Keep an up-to-date procedure manual outlining account-specific processing requirements
