APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Provide advanced technical support for complex electro/mechanical systems, software, and network environments Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues that frontline support cannot resolve Collaborate with engineering teams to report and resolve design, reliability, and system issues Support system installations, customer training, and ongoing technical service management Ensure repairs and system performance meet quality standards and customer requirements Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 3+ years of experience in technical support, systems troubleshooting, or IT/network environments 3+ years of experience supporting Windows-based systems, software applications, and network infrastructure 2+ years of experience with tools such as SQL Server, ERP/CRM systems, or network monitoring tools Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Active CompTIA Security+ (Sec+) certification or equivalent IAII certification What Sets You Apart: Experience with root cause analysis and failure reporting Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, Oracle CRM, Microsoft Terminal Server, or CA Spectrum Experience supporting DoD or DHS systems Strong customer-facing skills with direct technical support experience Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
